📦 Unmarked & Private Packaging
All products are shipped in plain, unbranded boxes or parcels with no mention of our brand or the contents inside. There are no logos, labels, or hints of what’s within — just clean, anonymous packaging.
🏷️ Neutral Sender Name
The sender shown on the shipping label is a generic company name that does not reference adult products or XPlaymate. Your neighbors, colleagues, or the courier won’t know what’s inside.
📋 Generic Product Descriptions for Shipping
To comply with logistics requirements, the item will be described using general terms such as:
“Household Item”, “Gift”, or “Toy” — never the actual product name.
💳 Discreet Billing
On your bank or payment statement, you’ll see a neutral business name, such as “XPlaymate Online” or “XP Trading,” without any product descriptions. Your privacy is safe even on paper.
🧾 Paper Invoices (Optional)
If you request a printed invoice, it will be mailed in a separate plain envelope 7–14 days after delivery, with the item labeled simply as “Gift”.
🌐 E-invoices / Digital Receipts
If you need us to hide product names on your digital invoice, just let us know via email or WhatsApp after placing your order — we’ll gladly revise the description manually for you.
